By entering any contest run by Appliances By Design, you agree to abide by the following terms: Contestants must be over 18 years of age and a resident within 50 miles of the showroom. Entries must be sent using the website formats provided. The odds of winning vary from contest to contest depending on the number of entrants and the quality of entries. If we cannot contact you by phone or email, you forfeit your winner’s status. If a winner does not get in touch with the showroom within 7 days of winning, the winner forfeits his/her prize. If an email returns undeliverable, the winner forfeits his/her rights to the prize. The prizes must be delivered withing 30 days of winning. Winners must pay separately for delivery and installation. Winners may not substitute another prize in lieu of the original prize. The prize holds no cash value. Winners may only win one (1) of the giveaways part of this contest. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission to use winner’s name and winning entry for promotional purposes. We will not sell your address or personal information.
