This Hestan 36-inch Under Cabinet Liner Hood with Ultra-Quiet Ventilation comes with variable speed options that allow you to set the speed as per the need of cooking. The 600 CFM offered by the Hestan hood, offers the necessary power required to capture the fumes and smoke produced during cooking.
